Topics such as incontinence, prolapse, and chronic low back pain will be discussed during the presentation.  Nicole will also show how Physiotherapy can help in taking care of your pelvic health.

Please join us to learn more about pelvic health and pelvic pain in an interactive session including a Q & A segment.

Many people in Niagara could be embarrassed to talk about pelvic health issues as they might feel they are unique in suffering from pelvic pain. In fact, pelvic pain is more common than many people in the community might imagine.

Let’s talk about the issues and discuss how physiotherapy can help take back your life and restore your pelvic health.
